Black and white theme for the Monday night dinner

One of the fun events at the conference is the poolside dinner on Monday night, after the first day's seminars have concluded. The theme of the dinner this year is "Black and White," so as you plan for your trip to the conference, please keep that in mind.
We've had a range of themes in the past -- blue jeans night, Songkran theme, cowboy, favorite sports team, etc. This year will have lots of black and white.
